  • Enhanced access to better seed, distributing drought tolerant seeds to 3,500 households during the five-year period, ensuring improved yields and income for small household farmers in Teso and Karamoja regions.
  • Distributed emergency food aid to 1,200 households and 80 malnourished children during the 2023 drought crisis in Karamoja region, ensuring immediate relief and preventing food-related health issues.
  • Trained 3,500 smallholder farmers in climate-smart agriculture techniques, resulting in a 30% increase in crop yields and improved food self-sufficiency.
  • Established 40 community seed banks groups to reduce post-harvest losses and enhance year-round food availability.
  • Launched women-led kitchen garden initiatives, reaching 2000 women and contributing to household dietary diversity and income generation.
