Youth Skilling for Gainful Employment

Our education and skilling programs have equipped young people with market-relevant skills, preparing them for employment, entrepreneurship and economic self-reliance. By working closely with communities, training institutions and private sector partners, we have supported hundreds of youths to transition from learning to earning. During this period, we;

1. Developed competency-based training curricula in partnership with local private practitioners and vocational institutes, ensuring alignment with market needs.
2. Trained 350 youth (60% female) in vocational and technical skills including tailoring, carpentry, Brick laying, Motor and bicycle repair and digital Hair dressing.
3. Piloted an accelerated community-based training skilling model that reduced training time by 40% while maintaining certification standards.
