Employment and entrepreneurship

The trained youth were able to create their own jobs as they start businesses and income generation and as a result;

• 80% of graduates from our training programs found employment or started small businesses within six months of completion.
• Provided start-up kits to 50 youth-led enterprises, leading to the creation of over 500 jobs in local communities.
• Partnered with 25 companies for job placements and internships, building bridges between training and the workforce.
