• Collaborated with local governments to implement community-based early warning systems in flood-prone areas, reducing disaster-related displacement by 10%.
• Facilitated participatory climate risk assessments and developed local adaptation plans in 50 high-risk villages, integrating indigenous knowledge.
• Contributed to the development of a regional climate adaptation policy & NDC action plan by providing grassroots evidence and mobilizing civil society input.
