This training focused on preparing the youth beyond technical skills – confidence, financial literacy, work readiness, etc.;

  • Delivered soft skills and financial literacy training to 350 youth, improving job readiness and money management skills.
  • Inclusive and gender-responsive approaches demonstrate to reach marginalized or at-risk groups by targeting out-of-school youth and young mothers with flexible learning schedules and childcare support during training.
  • Integrated gender awareness into all skilling programs, ensuring safe spaces and equal access for young women. These achievements affirm the potential of youth as drivers of economic development when equipped with the right skills and opportunities. In the 2026–2030 strategy, we aim to expand our youth skilling programs into green jobs and digital economies, while deepening our focus on inclusivity, mentorship, and sustainable employment pathways.”
